bahaya bersumpah (renungan)

1. Jangan bersumpah kecuali dgn nama Allah. Barangsiapa bersumpah dgn nama Allah dia harus jujur . Barangsiapa disumpah dgn nama Allah ia harus rela . Kalau tidak rela niscaya lepaslah ia dari pertolongan Allah.
2. Barangsiapa merampas hak orang muslim hasil sumpahnya maka Allah mengharamkan baginya masuk surga dan mewajibkannya masuk neraka. Para sahabat bertanya Ya Rasulullah meskipun barang itu sedikit? Nabi menjawab Meskipun hanya sebatang kayu araak . {HR.

3. Sumpah dgn maksud melariskan dagangan adl penghapus barokah. {HR.
Bukhari dan Muslim}
4. Barangsiapa bersumpah tidak dgn nama Allah maka dia telah berbuat syirik .
5. Ada tiga kelompok orang yg kelak pada hari kiamat Allah tidak akan berkata-kata tidak akan melihat tidak akan pula mensucikan mereka. Bagi mereka azab yg pedih. Abu Dzarr berkata Rasulullah mengulang-ulangi ucapannya tiga kali dan aku bertanya Siapakah mereka itu ya Rasulullah? Beliau menjawab Orang yg pakaiannya menyentuh tanah krn kesombongannya orang yg menyiarkan pemberiannya dan orang yg menjual dagangannya dgn sumpah palsu.
6. Barangsiapa mengangkat sumpah terhadap suatu perkara kemudian dia mengetahui sesuatu yg lbh baik maka hendaklah dia menebus sumpahnya dan mengemukakan apa yg lbh baik .
Keterangan:
Kafarat sumpah sudah dijelaskan oleh Allah di dalam Al Qur’an sebagai berikut: Allah tidak menghukum kamu disebabkan sumpah-sumpahmu yg tidak dimaksud tetapi Dia menghukum kamu disebabkan sumpah-sumpah yg kamu sengaja maka kafarat sumpah itu ialah memberi makan sepuluh orang miskin yaitu dari makanan yg biasa kamu berikan kepada keluargamu atau memberi pakaian kepada mereka atau memerdekakan seorang budak. Barang siapa tidak sanggup melakukan yang demikian maka kafaratnya puasa selama tiga hari. Yang demikian itu adl kafarat sumpah-sumpahmu bila kamu bersumpah . Dan jagalah sumpahmu. Demikianlah Allah menerangkan kepadamu hukum-hukum-Nya agar kamu bersyukur .
7. Berhati-hatilah jangan kamu banyak bersumpah dalam penjualan. Itu memang melariskan jualan tapi menghilangkan barokahnya . {HR.
